The Puzzle Drop - Missing Item
📭 Missing Items Policy
At The Puzzle Drop, all physical parcels are sent using tracked services (Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked or other third-party couriers).
If your item appears to be missing, please note the following:

We follow the loss and delay policies of Royal Mail or the relevant courier. An item is not considered lost until the courier's official timeframe has passed (e.g., Royal Mail considers an item lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date).

The decision to issue a replacement item remains at the sole discretion of The Puzzle Drop.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that:

Postal details are entered correctly at the time of order.

Email addresses are accurate and valid to ensure successful delivery of any digital products.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping or email details provided at checkout.
