We’re committed to delivering high-quality products with every Puzzle Drop. If something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • We are happy to replace any damaged or faulty items, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Please email us at: nathan@thepuzzledrop.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess and approve your replacement.

  • Replacement orders are typically processed within 48 hours, though additional time may be needed for postagedepending on availability and carrier schedules.
