We’re committed to delivering high-quality products with every Puzzle Drop. If something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll do our best to make it right.

We are happy to replace any damaged or faulty items, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Please email us at: nathan@thepuzzledrop.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess and approve your replacement.

Replacement orders are typically processed within 48 hours, though additional time may be needed for postagedepending on availability and carrier schedules.
