Our Refund Policy

Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

  1. Return Window
    Customers have a period of 7 days from the date of receiving their postage box to notify us if they wish to return the item. The request must be made within this timeframe in order to be considered eligible for a return.

  2. Return Conditions
    In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Once your return request is received and processed, we will provide you with the necessary details on how to return the item to us.

  3. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service to return the item, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns. Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  4. Faulty Items and Exchanges
    If the item is found to have faulty parts, we offer an exchange for the defective components or the entire product, depending on the nature of the fault. Upon confirmation of the fault, we will provide the necessary instructions for returning the faulty item and will ship out the replacement components or product at no additional charge to you.

  5. Electronic Versions
    Electronic versions of products are not eligible for refund as we cannot verify whether the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

  6. Membership Refunds
    If you have a yearly membership, we offer a pro-rata refund up to a maximum of 3 months of the membership fee. If your membership term exceeds 3 months, a refund may be considered for the remaining portion, but this will be assessed at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued for the unused portion of the membership. For further details, please refer to the Yearly Membership Refund Terms below.

  7. Cancellation Terms

    • Monthly Membership: The monthly membership is rolling and will continue until cancelled. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation will take effect on the date of your cancellation request. If the cancellation is made before the next scheduled postage or digital delivery, you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle, and no further payments will be processed. A refund will not be issued for any charges already processed prior to the cancellation.

    • Yearly Membership: For yearly memberships, the cancellation policy and any applicable proration are outlined in the Yearly Membership Refund Terms below. Cancellations before the renewal date will not incur charges for the next year’s membership.

  8. Processing Refunds and Exchanges
    Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original, unopened condition. In the case of an exchange for faulty parts, the replacement will be sent promptly once the defective item is received.

Yearly Membership Refund Terms
For yearly memberships, if you wish to cancel and receive a refund, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of your membership, up to a maximum of 3 months of the membership fee. If your membership term exceeds 3 months, a refund may be considered for the remaining portion, but this will be at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
