Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We primarily use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, which has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–3 working days within the UK. However, this is not a guaranteed service, and actual delivery times may vary due to Royal Mail’s operational delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, postal strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

Puzzle Drop Shipment & Electronic Delivery

Physical Shipments: All Puzzle Drops will be shipped on the last working day of the month before they are due. Customers should allow adequate time for delivery, considering Royal Mail’s estimated timeframe.

Electronic Copies: Digital versions will be issued via email at the same time as the physical shipments. Customers should ensure their registered email address is correct to avoid missing their delivery.

Shipping Address & Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of entry or purchase are accurate and up to date. We will not be held liable for items shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses due to customer error. -
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as dispatched and tracking details provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to the postal carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered items once they have been handed over to Royal Mail.If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact Royal Mail to file a claim. We may assist in providing tracking details but will not issue replacements or refunds for lost items.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or contains faulty components, the customer must notify us as soon as possible up to 7 days. We may require photographic evidence of the damage before offering a replacement or resolution. In some cases, we may ask the customer to return the faulty item before issuing a replacement. -
International Shipping & Additional Fees

Customers residing outside the UK or in overseas locations may be subject to additional postage fees. These costs will be communicated before dispatch, and payment will be required to complete the shipment.

The customer is also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are not liable for packages delayed or held at customs.

No Liability for Delivery Issues
By placing an order or participating in prize draws, the customer agrees that we are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost parcels, incorrect deliveries, or damage caused by third-party courier services. Any claims for lost or delayed items must be directed to the shipping carrier. -
