Prize Draws and Entry
The prize draws will take place on the last working day of each month. In order to participate in the draw, users must complete the puzzle entry form available on our website at either www.thepuzzledrop.com or www.thepuzzledrop.co.uk. All submissions must be received before the date of the draw to be considered eligible for the prize.Please note: This is not a gambling competition. Entry is based solely on engagement with the puzzle and submission of the entry form. No purchase necessary.

Prize Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched within seven (7) days following the prize draw. All prizes will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail's current delivery schedule, particularly during peak periods. As such, the exact arrival time of your prize may be longer than anticipated.Please note: The delivery timeframe is subject to external factors beyond our control, and delays may occur.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that their shipping address and contact details are accurate and up to date at the time of entry. Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in failure to deliver the prize. We will not be held liable for any lost or undelivered prizes due to incorrect information provided by the customer. -
Missing or Faulty Prizes
In the event of missing prizes or faulty items, please contact us immediately. Once the prize has been posted, it is the responsibility of the recipient to monitor its arrival. If there is an issue with the prize upon receipt, we may request that the faulty item be returned to us. We will then evaluate the issue and determine whether a replacement or further action is required.Please note: We take no liability for faulty items once they have been delivered, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
